Comprises of an area of 12 & half acres. The school was certified 7th December 1900 for 60 boys, 1st May 1903 it was extended to accomodate 65 boys for one year. Re-certified 20th November, 1906 for 65 boys, 3rd December, 1909 for 126 boys and in 1924 for 112 boys.
The building, two storeys in height is of red brick with terra-cotta dressing and tiled roof. The main entrance is surmounted by a handsome clock tower. Attached to the building is a well fitted carpenters shop, tailors shop, metal work shop and a fully equipped gymnasium. The playground is asphalted and contains a corrugated iron covered dressing room. A large portion of the site is devoted to the purposes of a fruit and vegetable garden. A cricket and football field is also provided.
Became FINNANT HOUSE APPROVED SCHOOL FOR BOYS, 156 OAKLANDS DRIVE, WEYBRIDGE, SURREY from 1933 accommodating 112 boys.
