A return of the names of persons imprisoned in Lower Canada, charged with Treason, or offences of a treasonable nature, since the 1st day of November 1837; their trade or profession, the day of the commencement of their imprisonment, the date of their discharge, the amount of bail or personal security demanded and give, and if tried by what tribunal tried, and the sentence passed upon them, and if sentence of Death passed whether executed or commuted, and if commuted the commutation of punishment.

The following information has been transcribed from a booklet, owned by the Webmaster, it has been transcribed in full by me, verbatim.  I have proof read several times, but as always I would be happy to accept any reasonable requests to re-check my transcribing.  No other information is given, I have 'drained it dry'.
